Build will fail if the ip library is compiled normally. To build a (dynamic) shared library, all the libraries that are used must compiled with position independent code (-fPIC). To build the shared wgrib2 library, you need a version of the IP library that is compiled with position independent code or to compile without the IP library. |

Update Cmakelist.txt for making shared lib. The shared lib is now working with python.
Update of documentation for shared lib and other things.
